Krishna Bhaskarabhatla, M.D.


Board-certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Bhaskarabhatla is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Medicine/Family Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY, an internationally renown center of excellence in medical education. 

Dr.
Bhaskarabhatla is an Attending Physician at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center,  Paterson & St.  Joseph's Wayne Hospital,  Wayne, New Jersey.  Educated at Andhra University, India, and the University of Wales, United Kingdom, Dr. Bhaskarabhatla completed his Family Medicine residency  in the St. Joseph's-Mt. Sinai Program during which he served as Chief Resident . Earlier, he had his post-doctoral training in in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine in the United Kingdom. 

Dr. Bhaskarabhatla is a member, Board of Trustees, New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians. His professional affiliations include the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. Besides, being a  Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, London, Dr. Bhaskarabhatla shares his expertise as an international and national medical lecturer. He is a member of a variety of high level advisory boards, peer review, medical education committees and  American Heart Association Speakers' Bureau. He has published extensively in prestigious journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine, and the British Medical Journal. He serves as a scientific reviewer for the British Medical Journal and Annals of Family Medicine.



Kausalya Chennapragada, MD

A Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Chennapragada is an attending physician in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at St. Joseph's University Medical Center and St. Joseph's Children's Hospital. 

Dr. Chennapragada began her medical training at Osmania University, India, and completed her post-doctoral training in Internal Medicine/Emergency Medicine in the United Kingdom.  Dr. Chennapragada completed her residency at the St. Joseph's-Mt. Sinai Program.  Dr. Chennapragada's professional affiliations include the American College of Physicians, American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Chennapragada and her husband, Dr. Bhaskarabhatla, have presented clinical research papers from St. Joseph's at various national and international conferences, including the World Congress of Pediatrics in Amsterdam where they received a letter of excellence for their presentation.  In addition, Dr. Chennapragada contributes questions for the Pediatrics Board Re-certification Examination for the American Board of Pediatrics.
